The Company uses The Application, which has a built-in collection module, to automatically acquire User Information.

The retention periods for User Information collected through the information gathering modules used by The Company are as follows:

• Firebase Analytics (Event Data): 2 months
• Firebase Analytics (User Data): 14 months
• Firebase Crashlytics (Crash Report Data): 90 days

After the applicable retention period has elapsed, the relevant data is automatically deleted.

5. Method Of Notification, Publication, Or Obtaining Consent, And Method Of User Involvement

The Company will notify and publicize this Policy by posting it in The Application or on The Company's website.

(2) Method Of Obtaining Consent

Consent is obtained at the first time The User launches The Application.

(3) Termination Of The Acquisition Of User Information

The acquisition of User Information can be stopped by uninstalling The Application.

User Information acquired by The Company is handled in an anonymized and aggregated form, and is not retained in a manner that allows identification of any specific individual. Accordingly, requests for access (disclosure), correction, deletion, or suspension of processing on an individual user basis cannot be accommodated.

The User Information obtained will be sent to the server of the hosting company to which The Company entrusted the management of User Information.

(2) Provision To Third Parties

The Company may provide the acquired User Information to a third party in the following cases:

• When The Company is required to disclose or provide such information based on laws and regulations
